As we approach our AGM and new season it is time to elect Board Members for this season. Board positions are as follows:
President; Vice President; Treasurer; Secretary; and 3 Directors at Large.
Beginning Monday 1-9-2017 through noon 1-18-2017 members interested in running for one of the board positions may submit their Intent to Run email along with a short personal bio, and the position you wish to run for to [email protected] You may only run for one position. Members interested in running for a board position MUST be current on their dues and have a minimum of 1 year as a member in good standing per By-law 6.3.1. Elections will be held on 1-22-2017 during our annual membership meeting. Membership dues MUST be paid no later than 1-16-2017 in order to participate in the election process per By-Law 7.1.7.
No exceptions to these rules will be made.
